OUR SHIPPING POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING-
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
**Custom or commission orders are exempt from these turnaround as are any pre-order or made-to order listings. All pre-order type listings note production times.
Please always refer to quoted advice regarding commissions or custom works as these types of products are individual in nature. (Listed products of a custom nature will specify turnaround.)
If you are entering into a custom design licensing agreement or purchasing a non-exclusive or exclusive license, timeframes for file or physical product turnaround will be agreed on in the initial stages. Files will be delivered in accordance with this agreement/contract.
If we experience a high volume of orders the postage of your order may be delayed. In the event that this applies we will contact you by email and or telephone.
MIXED PURCHASES-
Please note that if you order an item noted as pre-order with non pre-order items all items will be posted when the full order is ready to ship. If you need items sooner please make two seperate orders.
ESTIMATES-
This is the time taken to prepare your order and place the order into the postal system. If Express shipping is selected it does not change the packing and handling time. Once an item leaves Antayjo Art studio it is subject to postal service turnarounds which unfortunately we have no control over.

Free for large canvas artworks but subject to change.
Type varies- Standard post in Australia unless noted as Courier for large original artworks.
** Applicable for purchases direct from website listings for original ready made works. (SHOP section of website only not external sources/links)
These rates do not apply to commissioned artworks (unless specified in a listing) or International enquiries.
Quotes will be provided on a case by case basis for these larger works.
Please note that some orders (If sent by Courier or Australia Post with SOD) may not be able to be sent to a PO box. Please consider this and provide a street address in this instance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-
We do not currently ship outside of Australia through this website. This may change in the future therefore if your country does not have a shipping option please advise and I will check if I can post to your destination.
International shipping varies, therefore a custom listing will need to be made and a quote provided. Pricing listed is for SHOP purchases only not commissioned artwork.
At times International shipping may be affected by Australia Post restrictions and sanctions.
At any time restrictions could affect delivery destinations so please consider this if you are purchasing from a country other than Australia.
*Please note that we will not be held responsible for any duties and or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Antayjo Art does not ship to countries where VAT is applicable at the current time.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION-
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.)
DAMAGES-
Antayjo Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment.
In the event that you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier in the first instance. Please save all your packaging materials and damaged goods in the event of a claim.
Some products (Commissioned art) will have automatic insurance applied in postage calculations which should assist in the event of the above mentioned.
INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS-
In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect mailing advices and the order needs to be re shipped the purchaser will be responsible for return postage charges.
TRACKING ORDERS-
All orders delivered within Australia have automatic tracking if over a certain value.If your order has not arrived please contact the postal service in the first instance then Antayjo Art for assistance.
LOCAL PICK UP-
It may be possible to collect items locally only if they are large canvas artworks.
If you would like to enquire about pick up on a large artwork please make contact to discuss. Please note that this will not affect pricing on listings that note FREE post. The advertised price is the total cost, therefore collecting an artwork will not decrease this cost.
** Quoted commissions- In this instance the quoted post amount would be removed from the quote to arrive at a base cost if local pick up was arranged.
